How do credits work?
Each message to your agent uses 1 credit. Flexi includes 500 credits a month; top up any time or switch on auto top-up so you never run out. Top-ups last 12 months.
How are calls charged?
Every person gets their own UK number. Calls are 5p a minute. Enterprise includes 2,000 minutes a month across the account.
What counts as a location?
A store, branch or company in your group. Each has its own team and settings, and group admins see them all.
