This schedule forms part of the Terms and conditions and the Subscription agreement. Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT, which is added at 20% for UK customers.

Extra employees and locations added part-way through a billing period are charged pro rata for the days remaining, shown at checkout before you confirm.
3. Credits
One agent message, by chat or voice turn, uses 1 credit. Each SMS uses 1 credit.

Top-up credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Included plan credits are used first. Automatic top-up can be switched on in Settings → Billing & plans.
